Script: Good evening from (CALLSIGN), net control for this evening's (NET NAME). My name is (NAME) and I am located in (QTH). This net meets every Tuesday at 10pm for the passing of traffic and announcements relevant to the Queen City Emergency Net, but all radio amateurs are encouraged to check in.

This is a directed net and net control will control the net.

When checking in please give your callsign phonetically, your name, and location. If you have traffic or announcements, please indicate so when you check in.

Comments/Notes:

• Net control is in control of the net. As long as the necessary business can be conducted, feel free to vary the preamble to catch folks off-guard.
• Net control is in control of the net. If net discipline and/or procedure is not satisfactory, say/do what is required to get it there.
• We are no longer asking for "out after announcements" as a status, and even if you hear it, include that station in the roll call.
• The Net Name is still to be determined. Ideas?
